ABOUT I.D.E.A.




I.D.E.A.  Stands for Institute to Develop Educational Ideas and has provided the structure for monthly meetings of a High School Principal’s Group in Northeast Ohio for the past several years.  The group meets to share ideas, solutions, discuss common readings, and provide support for persons in like positions facing similar challenges.  The current group consists of Principals from Solon, Hudson, Tallmadge, Avon, Woodridge, Orville, Twinsburg, Nordonia, and Aurora.

    This month’s meeting will include a guided tour of the new Tallmadge High School and an opportunity to meet with Superintendent Jeff Ferguson a former I.D.E.A. member. The group will also have a presentation on blogging……
